Erik: What do you enjoy most about what you do? Richard: There's very few things I don't enjoy about what I do and it probably breaks down into several different categories. The first and the thing that I get probably most excited about in my day-to-day job is just the people that I work with. So, I'm really lucky that I really like the team that I work with and they're also really good at what they do, which is also helpful 'cause it is a business, it's not a family. It's not just friends hanging out. So, I think that they're the glue that holds all the other things together. The second thing is the products that we make and the work that my colleagues and I do. And I think why start a business if you're not gonna do something that you love and that gives you joy and that is an outlet. So, Moo has always been a way of me being able to express what I love in a thing that actually is a legitimate business and, you know, and so on. So, I love that as well. And I think the third thing is probably two things combined. It's learning. So, it's amazing learning experience, but it's learning about business. So it's learning a trade. It's learning something that, you know -- a skill I didn't have before. So, probably those three things.
