CEO Chad Hallock has worked in the window covering business since he was 19 and now heads the country's largest franchise company in the industry. But when he's sent out undercover, he quickly gets schooled in why not to improvise on the job and learns the secrets of retaining customers. In this new clip from CBS' Undercover Boss, Hallock also shows his lack of basic installation skills, prompting his co-worker to set him straight before the company potentially loses a sale. The CEO is also urged to go above and beyond his duties to tidy up parts of the customer's home to make a good impression.
