Hi, I'm Genevieve Hung and I work for Derwent Executive. We are an Asia Pacific Executive Recruiter with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. The three keys to success are, understanding the local talent market, finding local resources, and managing the recruitment process. In understanding the local talent market, I think you must appreciate contact up to three very good years in success to level law, in other words, it’s a good time to be recruiting in Hong Kong. Asia is also a very more vital work force, so you want to be looking at people in other countries as well as aspects moving through. There are also pockets and pools of talent such as fresh and MBA graduate. How you do you go about finding local resources? You want to get started with the relevant job orders and search firm but you can also talk to local organization as such as invest Hong Kong and various chambers of commerce. Now, how do you go about managing the recruitment process? I think it’s important to market yourself consistently and create a strong ground. This will lead into the opportunity to recruit some of the people now and also available in the platform in the future.
