Magic Johnson is being sued by an ex-employee for wrongful termination. And the former employee says that the main reason she was fired is because Johnson is way too particular about his snacks. Lanita Thomas filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court against Magic claiming he was lying when he told her she was let go because she came to work late. Lanita worked as Magic's personal flight attendant and claims she was asked to “regularly squeeze his red vines to make sure they were soft.”
