Host: I have been offered work-study. How do I find a job to use it? Brad Barnett: Work study is a great financial aid program. Let me ensure, it s a part-time job is what it basically boils down to, but it is a financial aid related part-time job and different school handle how students find jobs, very, very differently. Some schools may place students in work-study jobs; other schools may require the student to find their own work-study job and simply provide a listing of those employment opportunities. The bottom line is you want to talk to the financial aid office or the student employment office on your campus and find out, how do I get a work-study job now that I have been offered Work-Study Funds?
